Support for our newly released 2026 Crystalsolutions & Praxisclinic software is in the form of "in-app" Help, 'how to' and install guides, and we have a FAQ Forum which will record any ongoing issues and solutions as feedback develops (trial feedback has been very good so far) .
basically we're now semi-retired with quite a few other responsibilities, so this isn't a full-time commercial concern, which is reflected in the very low purchase price and the self-install nature of the software.
That said, we're keen to keep it up to date and supported as best we can, (as we did for our legacy software for >20 years) and we're always happy to hear from you.
