Our bespoke shareware used to include 3 month email support (skype or telephone where necessary), which could be extended for as little as £30 a year.
Our custom solutions similarly were well supported and we were always happy to try and assist in any way we could.

we also have an online Help, FAQ'S & Video Tutorials.

Websites are hosted, supported and maintained for a year, and are extended on a yearly basis.
