On purchase of a licence, SoulTrade Software grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use the software on a single server or local network for your own professional practice. You may not:

Our software is supplied as a self-hosted application. You are responsible for:
SoulTrade Software does not host, manage or have access to your installation or data.
The optional MTD module connects your software directly to HMRC for quarterly Income Tax submissions. Use of this module is subject to the following additional terms:
Because the software is self-hosted, all patient, client and financial data remains on your own server. SoulTrade Software does not collect, store or process your practice data. Please see our Privacy Policy for full details of how data is handled in connection with the MTD module and HMRC.
We provide software updates and support on a reasonable endeavours basis. We reserve the right to discontinue support for older versions of the software with reasonable notice. Support is provided by email at jol@soul-trade.com.
The software is provided in good faith and we take care to ensure it works correctly. However:
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be available at soul-trade.com/terms.html. Continued use of the software after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
