version 3 enhancements & new features

• further improvements include:
• a calendar booking system; single therapist (flexi system allowing different times and 'lists' for different days) and multiple practitioner for clinic environment, with appointments, tasks to do , week to view etc (for details from the manual click here)
• druglists for ease of maintaining medicine records
• treatment approach menus for ease of maintaining quality audit
• "caution" alert for at risk patients
• further tidying up of patient input areas
• an audit trail
• Help is available within the program itself, along with the html and pdf manuals.
  All the main layouts now have an immediate overview of all the main buttons
• a sample Assistant/ Locum Contract is now available in the Stationery module
• more fixes to linking, to improve speed and continuity

....basically offers an easy mode - Reception. this is a new front end from which a receptionist or u! can find and administer patients records and payments more easily (the more complicated DETAILED MODE version is still accessible where the practitioner can enter more detailed info including dictated notes!) other changes include the availability of trying out the cash expenses and statistics modules before registering, and automated patient treatment histories and account reporting and the ability to change the look/colour of the software. The currency symbol is now editable thro'out the software(one button) and there is now an audit trail should you need it.
