herewith a board where steering group minutes can be uploaded viewable only by steering group members..

just post in the usual way and choose Additional options at the bottom to include your .pdf (better than word doc as accessible by all -- word users can export/save as .pdf)

word is ok if everyone can access it btw

post the minutes up to the site in this non public area and thus avoid even more printing!!

the Cumbria County Council Aiming High Site is being revamped, and will be online soon, and will then have much of the required information, minutes and  leaflets and links, which is excellent news.
