Can we stay safe as lockdown eases?

a good article this here BBC one but doesn't i think say much about contact tracing and testing, and doesn't seem to say that as cases get lower or even lull, there would then be a lesser risk, there being fewer spreaders, that when combined with good contact tracing could ensure outbreaks are swiftly dealt with, all giving us olders more confidence and less risk, but it will remain for quite a while,

anyhow for immediate advice at unlocking when there are still many cases about this is good
